So here is one of my favourite meals, when I do not have much time for cooking.
You can arrange it quickly yet it is delicious and healthy!
Ingredients/ Zutaten:
- salmon/ Lachs
- 1 carott / Karotte
- 1/4 zucchini
- field garlic / Lauch
- pepper /Pfeffer
- salt / Salz
- chili
- wild garlic / Bärlauch
- sunflower oil / Sonnenblumenöl

How to do it/ So wird's gemacht:
1) You need to wash the vegetables thoroughly.

3) Now you can braise your vegetables in sunflower oil and spice it up
with pepper and salt.
Nun brate das Gemüse in Sonnenblumenöl an und würze es mit Pfeffer und Salz.
4) Do also braise your salmon in oil. This time you can spice it up with chili,
pepper, (wild) garlic and a little bit salt.
