Summer salad recipe *bilingual*

Freshning Salad/ Erfrischender Salat:

60gr feta/ Schafskäse

1/4 honeydew melon/ Honigmelone
100gr arugula/ Rucolasalat

Dressing:

Salt/Salz
sunflower oil/ Sonnenblumenöl
dark balsamic vinegar/ Balsamico-Essig

I would always choose a dark vinegar over a light one!
Of course, you can also use different sorts of melons.
